Who we are

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising trackers. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us — by phone, by email, or by booking a call. We never sell or share personal data for advertising.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call: our booking page is provided by Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft 365). Microsoft processes the name, email address, and appointment details you enter, on our behalf, so the appointment can take place. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
When you email or call us: we receive whatever you send us (your address or number, your message). We use it to reply and, if we work together, to prepare that engagement. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.
Server logs: our web server briefly processes your IP address to deliver the page and defend against abuse. Servers are operated by us in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, plus statutory retention periods. If nothing comes of it, we delete it.

Your rights

California residents have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not discriminate against anyone exercising these rights (CCPA/CPRA).

Visitors from the EU/EEA: where the GDPR applies, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (secure operation of the site).

Changes

If we add tools that change any of the above (for example, ad conversion measurement), we will update this policy first.
