We are Alina and Fabian Schmid. Earlier this year we founded FNLY IT UG, FNLY IT LLC and FNLY Social UG together.
The decision is closely tied to our son's story. Finley was born in March 2025 and needs extensive medical support because of a rare genetic condition.
That is why we chose the company name FNLY (pronounced finally): as a tribute to our son and as a promise to finally make a difference. It matters to us to help other people the way we were helped.
That is why “finally done” is our standard: a task is done when it has been set up cleanly, documented and handed over to you.

Ten years of project leadership in pharma, automotive supply, manufacturing and banking: bringing in and replacing service providers, onboarding and offboarding processes, software and tool rollouts, restructuring. At FNLY IT you therefore talk to the person who also leads your project. Your request is not passed on to someone who does not know your environment.

Every project ends with documentation that another provider could also work with. A provider that keeps its clients through dependency does not have a good product.
You know the cost before you hire us. We tell you about surcharges before they apply, and you get licences at list price. We manage them for you without adding a margin.
We do not take commissions. That is why we sometimes advise you not to buy new software at all.
We would rather have a conversation without a contract than take on a project we cannot deliver properly.
For the German market, FNLY IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Borken is your contractual partner, and for the US market it is FNLY IT LLC in California. FNLY IT is part of FNLY Group, which also covers social media and creator marketing. For your IT project nothing changes: your point of contact remains FNLY IT.
