We are a small IT company based in Borken (Hesse). We have no advertised vacancy at the moment, but we are glad to receive applications from people who fit the way we work.
Who we are
Alina and Fabian Schmid founded FNLY IT at the beginning of 2026. Alina Schmid is the managing director and is responsible for contracts, billing and organisation. Fabian Schmid leads the technical side and the projects.
We support companies with 5 to 2,000 employees, from trades businesses to industrial companies operating internationally. Our office is at Am Kraftwerk 23 in 34582 Borken (Hessen).
How we work
Close to the client
Our clients have fixed contacts who know their environment. Requests are not passed from one desk to the next.
Projects in regulated industries
We work for companies in pharma, banking and manufacturing where NIS2, DORA or GMP play a role. There, every change has to be traceable and documented.
Which profiles fit us
In general, we are interested in applications from these areas:
- IT administration with a focus on Microsoft 365
- Identity & Access Management, for example Entra ID, Conditional Access and permission concepts
- Cybersecurity, from hardening to incident handling
- Project management for IT rollouts and provider changes
