Our office is in the Interkommunales Gründerzentrum Schwalm-Eder-West, Am Kraftwerk 23 in 34582 Borken (Hessen). From here we reach Homberg, Fritzlar and Schwalmstadt quickly, and Kassel, Marburg and Bad Hersfeld as well.
On site, we mainly support businesses in North Hesse and the neighbouring regions, as far as Fulda, Göttingen, Siegen and Paderborn. Most of the ongoing work is done through remote support, so we come by when a task actually requires someone to be there.
How to find us
Our office is on the first floor of the Interkommunales Gründerzentrum Schwalm-Eder-West, a business start-up centre in the Am Kraftwerk industrial park in Borken. Meeting rooms are available in the building.
If you would like to visit us, please make an appointment beforehand so that we are there for you and not out at a client.

Travel by zone from Borken
For an on-site visit we charge a fixed flat rate per zone. That way you know in advance what the travel costs.

Remote support across Germany
With TeamViewer QuickSupport we access your computer as soon as you grant permission. Remote support costs €85 per hour and is included in the Managed IT packages.
Projects and consulting
Projects and consulting are mostly handled remotely, and we arrange on-site meetings as needed. That is why we also work for companies outside Hesse.

Response times apply regardless of location
The response time in your package is the time until we start working on the issue, which for a business outage is 2 or 4 hours depending on the package. We usually start through remote support, so the distance from Borken makes no difference.
