It works, but nobody knows exactly how.
Your IT grew over the years. A lot of it runs out of habit, and people work around what doesn't. Very little is written down.
IT you can finally explain.
Managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance for US businesses with 5 to 500 employees. We serve businesses across the United States, remote first and on-site when needed, and we document everything so you could replace us at any time.
Your IT grew over the years. A lot of it runs out of habit, and people work around what doesn't. Very little is written down.
Tickets sit, follow-up questions go nowhere, and you can't tell if it's the technology or that you're not a big enough client for them.
A security questionnaire, a HIPAA review or an audit: you have to show something that was never tracked, and a contract depends on it.
Retirement, a new job or a role change: knowledge that was never written down walks out the door with them.
A software switch, a new location or a migration is technically doable, but nobody has the time to manage it.
An attack, an outage or a deleted folder is all it takes. Backups run every night, but nobody has ever tested a restore.
Who can access what, and can you prove it? We review permissions, design role models, set up Entra ID and Conditional Access, and run regular access reviews. We are not tied to any vendor.

Learn moreWe run your day-to-day IT for a flat monthly fee per user in three plans, with licenses at cost. We also work alongside in-house IT teams as co-managed IT. We take on a limited number of clients, because good support needs capacity.
From the first call to the fix, you know where your request stands at every step.
By support hotline or email, depending on how urgent it is.
Every request becomes a ticket that you can track and export at any time. An outage takes priority over everything else.
Usually by remote session, as soon as you grant access. If needed, we come on site.
We get back to you as soon as everything works again and record the fix in the ticket.
Response time for an outage: 2 hours in the Standard and Complete plans.
Your documentation belongs to you and goes with you if you change providers. A provider that keeps clients through dependency doesn't have a good product.
Hourly rates, plan prices and fixed prices for assessments are set before you sign anything. No hidden markups, and licenses are billed at cost with no margin added.
We would rather have a conversation without a deal than take on a project we can't deliver well.

We merged two companies onto one shared IT environment without interrupting daily operations: Microsoft 365 fully in the cloud, sign-in with MFA and Conditional Access, device management with Intune and Autopilot.
Result: New employees are now ready to work in less than a day instead of three to four days. A new device is ready in two hours, and it is clear which software runs and which licenses are being paid for.
Rollout of an identity and access management solution, cleanup of file shares and self-service password reset for users.
Result: Password tickets dropped from almost 300 to 10 per week. The help desk now has time for other requests.
We took over the IT of a small, internationally active research company, rebuilt it and keep developing it in close coordination with management.
Result: A fully automated IT environment designed for strict security requirements, with separate admin and user accounts and a secured VPN between locations.
Design and rollout of a new IT service management solution, from implementation through launch and into daily operations.
Result: Twelve months from project start to go-live, followed by a phase of close support in operations.
Replacement of a grown identity and access setup together with a contracted service provider. We advised, managed, implemented and built the processes between client and provider.
Result: The help desk works faster thanks to extended permissions, identity processes run automatically, and HR master data is clean.

Why we're called FNLY
FNLY is pronounced "finally". The name is dedicated to our son Finley, who was born in March 2025 and has needed a lot of medical support since.
When we founded the company in early 2026, that was our promise to him: to build something that matters and to help others the way we were helped.
For our clients, it means we finish what we start. Your IT is set up cleanly, documented and handed over so you can always see what is running.
Our storyFAQ
We serve businesses across the United States. Most support and project work happens remotely. When a task needs hands on site, we come to you anywhere in the US. Visits within 30 miles cost $75, longer trips are billed as travel time plus the IRS mileage rate.

Yes. We offer three managed IT plans at $99, $149 and $219 per user per month. A managed IT contract is not required for a project.
Yes. The Security Check costs a fixed $2,950 and ends with a written report with prioritized findings. For larger environments, the security assessment starts at $7,900, and its fee counts toward a follow-up project. If you first want a quick self-check, the free Security Readiness Check takes a few minutes.
