AI opportunity assessment
We look at which tasks actually take time in your business and assess for each role where AI helps. You get a recommendation with numbers: which licenses make sense for whom and what effect we expect.
AI that pays for itself
Copilot for everyone sounds good until the first annual invoice arrives. At Microsoft's current list price per user and month, licensing 50 employees quickly adds up to a five-figure amount every year. Whether AI works is hardly in question. The open question is which roles in your company it pays off for, and we check that before you buy.
We use AI tools in our own companies before we introduce them to clients, in day-to-day work: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Power Automate. That is why we can tell you for each role whether a license pays for itself, and we also tell you when it does not.

We roll out Copilot, secure the environment and train your team. The technical setup is quick. The groundwork matters more, because Copilot shows users everything they have access to. If your permissions are not in order, Copilot exposes what has been open for years without anyone noticing.
Many workflows can be automated without AI and still save work, such as approvals, data transfers or recurring reports. That is often the cheaper option, because there is no per-user license.
We clarify which data may go into which model, what gets logged and what a usage policy needs to say so your employees actually read it. If you handle health information, financial customer data or other regulated data, we check each AI service against the rules that already apply to you, such as HIPAA. Rules for AI use are still evolving, so we document decisions in a form your legal counsel can review.
A connection most providers do not mention:
Copilot acts like a permissions audit nobody ordered, because it searches everything a user has access to. If the payroll file sits on a file share that half the sales team can read, that used to be a hidden problem. After Copilot goes live, one prompt is enough to find it.
That is why the access analysis belongs before the AI rollout, not after it. We handle both and know the order that makes sense.

FAQ
Almost never. In most companies a few roles benefit clearly, others not at all. A license for everyone is easy to bill, but it rarely makes financial sense.
Then we tell you. Process automation without AI often delivers more, because there are no per-user license costs.
That depends on the service and the type of data. Different terms apply inside your Microsoft 365 environment than with a public chat service. If you handle protected health information, check whether the vendor will sign a Business Associate Agreement for that specific service before anyone uses it with patient data. We work out what applies to your data and put it in writing. Your legal counsel makes the final call.
In our experience, no. In the companies we support, AI shifts work but does not eliminate it, and anyone who plans on headcount cuts will be disappointed. Owners rarely ask this out loud, but many think about it.
That is common and usually happens without clear rules. We record what is already in use, clean up subscriptions bought around IT, and move usage to a solution that follows your rules.
