US businesses with 5 to 500 employees, from professional services firms and medical practices to manufacturers with several locations.
Where does FNLY IT provide on-site service?
Anywhere in the United States. Most work happens remotely. For on-site visits we charge $75 per visit within 30 miles; beyond that, travel time at $98 per hour plus the IRS mileage rate.
Do I have to buy all services from you?
No. You can choose fully managed IT, individual projects or support at hourly rates.
Do you work with our internal IT department?
Yes. As co-managed IT, we fill the gaps where your team lacks time or specialist knowledge, and we agree on responsibilities up front. Pricing is the same as for our managed IT plans.
How much does managed IT cost?
