We are a small IT company serving businesses across the United States, and most of our work happens remotely. We have no open positions right now, but we are glad to hear from people who fit the way we work.
Who we are
Alina and Fabian Schmid founded FNLY IT in early 2026. In the US, FNLY IT LLC is led by Fabian Schmid as managing member and technical lead. Alina Schmid runs the business side of our German companies.
We support businesses with 5 to 500 employees, from professional services firms to manufacturers with several locations. Our work is remote first, with on-site visits when a client needs them.
How we work
Close to the client
Our clients have named contacts who know their environment. Requests are not passed from desk to desk.
Projects in regulated industries
We work for companies in pharma, banking and manufacturing where rules like HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule or GxP apply. There, every change has to be traceable and documented.
Profiles that fit us
We are generally interested in applications from these areas:
- IT administration with a focus on Microsoft 365
- Identity and access management, such as Entra ID, Conditional Access and permission models
- Cybersecurity, from hardening to incident response
- Project management for IT rollouts and provider transitions
