We are Alina and Fabian Schmid. Earlier this year we founded FNLY IT UG and FNLY Social UG in Germany and FNLY IT LLC in the United States.
The decision is closely tied to our son's story. Finley was born in March 2025 and needs extensive medical support because of a rare genetic condition.
That's why we chose the name FNLY (pronounced finally): as a tribute to our son and as a promise to finally make a difference. It matters to us to help other people the way we were helped.
That's why "finally done" is our standard: a task is done when it is set up cleanly, documented and handed over to you.

In the United States, FNLY IT LLC, Newark, Delaware, is your contract partner. Our German operations are run by FNLY IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Borken. FNLY IT is part of FNLY Group, which also covers social media and creator marketing. For your IT project, nothing changes: your point of contact stays FNLY IT.
