AI opportunity assessment
We look at which tasks actually take time in your business and assess for each role where AI helps. You get a recommendation with numbers: which licences make sense for whom and what effect we expect.
AI that pays for itself
“Copilot for everyone” sounds good until the first annual invoice arrives. At €30 per user per month, 50 employees cost you €18,000 a year. Whether AI works is hardly in question. The open question is which roles in your company it pays off for, and we check that before you buy.
We use AI tools in our own companies before we introduce them to clients, in day-to-day work: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Power Automate. That is why we can tell you for each role whether a licence pays for itself, and we also tell you when it does not.

We roll out Copilot, secure the environment and train your team. The technical setup is quick. The groundwork matters more, because Copilot shows users everything they have access to. If your permissions are not in order, Copilot exposes what has been open for years without anyone noticing.
Many workflows can be automated without AI and still save work, such as approvals, data transfers or recurring reports. That is often the cheaper option, because there is no per-user licence.
We clarify which data may go into which model, what gets logged and what a usage policy needs to look like so your employees actually read it. Since 2026, the EU AI Act has also added transparency obligations for chatbots and generative systems used in companies.
A connection most providers do not mention:
Copilot acts like a permissions audit nobody ordered, because it searches everything a user has access to. If the payroll list sits on a file server that half the sales team can read, that used to be a hidden problem. Once Copilot is live, a single search is enough to find it.
That is why the access analysis belongs before the AI rollout, not after it. We handle both and know the order that makes sense.

The opportunity assessment and the design count as consulting services and are eligible for funding in several German federal states. Keep to the order: first the quote, then the application, then the approval notice, and only then the contract. We help you with the paperwork.

Almost never. In most companies a few roles benefit clearly, others not at all. A licence for everyone is easy to bill, but it rarely makes financial sense.
Then we tell you. Process automation without AI often delivers more, because there are no per-user licence costs.
That depends on the service and the type of data. Different terms apply inside your Microsoft 365 environment than with a public chat service. We work out what applies to your data and put it in writing.
In our experience, no. In the companies we support, AI shifts work but does not eliminate it, and anyone who plans on headcount cuts will be disappointed. Managing directors rarely ask this out loud, but many think about it.
That is common and usually happens without clear rules. We record what is already in use, clean up subscriptions taken out without involving IT, and move usage to a solution that follows your rules.
