- Licences (Microsoft 365 and others) are billed separately at list price. We manage them without adding a margin.
- Hardware and projects are quoted in advance at a fixed price.

- Servers, firewalls and network devices are billed per device. The Complete package includes up to 2 servers and one firewall.
- From 250 users we prepare an individual quote using the same model: per user plus per device.
- Other service hours, such as 24/5 or weekend on-call, are agreed individually.
- Term: 12 months, then cancellable monthly.

Servers and network, per device
So that every client pays only for what they actually have, we bill servers and network devices per device in addition to users. A virtual server costs the same as a physical one, because updates, monitoring and backup take the same effort.

Device prices are the same in all three packages. How fast we respond to an issue depends on your package. The Complete package includes up to 2 servers and one firewall. All prices are net, excl. statutory VAT.

Onboarding is a one-time fixed price that is set in advance. It covers the inventory of your environment, taking over access, documentation and installing our management tools.

No surcharges apply to work covered by the service level of your managed IT package.
An in-house administrator costs €65,000 to €80,000 a year including employer's social security contributions. For 50 employees that is around €120 per user, and that covers only staff costs. Hardware, software and tools come on top, as does cover for holidays or sick leave.

Frequently asked questions
Why do you publish your prices?
So that you can compare before you invest time in conversations. Our services are calculated at fixed rates, so we can state the prices in advance.
How much does managed IT cost at FNLY IT?
€69 (Basic), €99 (Standard) or €139 (Complete) per user per month. On top of this comes a one-off setup fee between €1,500 and €6,000, depending on the number of users.
Is there a minimum number of users or a minimum term?
The minimum is 5 users. The contract runs for 12 months and can then be cancelled monthly.
Are licences included in the price?
No. We bill licences such as Microsoft 365 separately at list price, with no hidden margin.
How much does an hour of IT support cost?
Remote support costs €85 per hour, on-site technical work €110, Identity & Access and cybersecurity €140, consulting and project management €165. We bill in 15-minute increments.
How much does travel cost?
Up to 30 km from Borken we charge €45, up to 75 km €95 and up to 150 km €180. For longer distances, €0.60 per kilometre plus travel time is added.
